To service a high level of consumer demand we are seeking a Realtor interested in including Bed & Breakfast and Country Inn sales in their sales and marketing capabilities. Bed & Breakfasts and Country Inns are soaring in popularity and have a significant turnover rate. Typically, they are some of the largest most glamorous properties in the marketplace.

Understanding the business and helping with buyer and seller needs requires specialized knowledge and training. Our affiliation as exclusive representatives for the B & B and Country Inn MarketPlace system provides us with more leads than we can handle (please request to see the number and caliber of these leads!). Targeted marketing in the form of our nationwide color magazine, our web site, aspiring innkeeper seminars throughout the country, direct mail marketing, and our referral network of representatives in 35 states produces a steady stream of qualified leads from all over the country. Most buyer leads e-mailed to us have filled out a questionnaire indicating their area desired, price range, downpayment available, etc.


Combined Sales Price: $1.88 Million
Average Listing Contract Commission: 7%

Two of the four were co-broke; one sale being another company selling one of our three listings that sold, and the other sale being our firm selling another agency's listing. Our listing that sold co-broked was listed at 8%, with 3 % offered in MLS as a brokerage incentive and 5% being retained by our firm.

Some Bed and Breakfasts are also marketable and will sell to the luxury and historic home market. An inventory of B and B's provides a steady flow of this type of buyers enhancing one's capacity to service and list other high-end market properties. Compared with Realtors and firms who practice as local niche market specialists, we recognize that the marketing of Inns, high-end properties, and waterfront properties requires the opposite. The Buyer will most likely be from out of the local area. Our marketing fulfills this need beautifully.

We service CT, MA, and RI, and will provide you with the specialized training you will need to grow your sales. A monthly draw against commission of up to $6,000 per month is available, depending on your qualifications. We are looking for someone who is motivated and has the commitment to think big and substantially increase their earnings, one who is excited and enthusiastic about new opportunities for growth. Affiliation can also be accomplished by means of a virtual in home office, a satellite office, or the purchase of an existing company.
